Planning our trip

My mother grew up in a small town in Saskatchewan with many Icelandic people, including her best friend.
Although she has traveled widely, she had never made it to Iceland. We decided that this year was the year to go! I had to plan carefully so the itinerary wasn't too busy for Mom, but allowing me to see as much as possible. We are spending several days in Reykjavik at the beginning and end, with a 4 day tour of the South Coast in the middle. I'll give you our impressions as we go.
